The Fasting Method’s new 12-week program for weight loss and improved metabolic health will guide members through the clinically-proven method that Dr. Jason Fung and Megan Ramos have created in our Toronto clinic over a decade ago and has helped hundreds of thousands of people all over the world achieve results.
Do I have to enroll or sign-up for the course?
Each community member is automatically assigned to a monthly cohort, which starts the first Monday of each month. You will be directed to the bi-weekly lesson dashboard automatically when you log in (usually posted the previous Friday so you can prepare). So if you are not seeing the lesson, please log out and log in again and you should see the lesson page.
Accessing the Lessons
Your dashboard will be automatically directed to the corresponding bi-weekly lesson as the course continues. This is updated on Friday morning (Eastern Time). In the first week, you see a link right after the title to Activate the course. Once activated, the course will allow you to review past lessons. You can also reach the Lesson and the Course directly by selecting the links in the Resource Menu (top menu bar).
Weekly Live Support Groups
Your course includes live weekly support group groups. To join these meetings:.
- Select "My Courses" from the left side menu, then click on the 12-Week Course (or directly to the course from the Resources Menu)
- Links for live sessions and recordings (if you miss the live session) will be available here.
- You will also see the Live Support Groups listed on the calendar under Live Groups. The link on the calendar will take you to your course materials so you can access the link
Community Live Groups
Each lesson will recommend relevant live groups to join.
All live meeting schedules can be found in the "Live Groups" calendar (link in the Top Menu)
